RECRUITING NOW FOR BOTH FULL TIME AND PART TIME CHEF TEAM

As sous chef you would need to assist in overseeing kitchen preparations as well as taking responsibility for ordering and stock control. Standing in for the head chef in their absence and leading by example in this busy brigade while cooking food to a high standard is very important whilst being able to cope with the volume of customers using the restaurant.

Required Experience
*Must have been a sous chef for at least 2 years with good solid CV with stability in roles, no frequent job moves
* Experience of working in a high volume, fast paced branded restaurant environment
* Creative and passionate chef
* Passion for training, developing and motivating a kitchen team
* A great team worker with high customer service standards

Requirements

The successful candidate will have previous experience and will also have qualifications relevant to the role, e.g. 706/1 & 2, NVQ 1,2,3., in addition to a current basic (or higher) food hygiene certificate. Computer literacy would be an advantage. You will be required to work shifts and will need to be flexible as there are early starts and late finishes.
Proof of eligibility to work within the UK which must be provided at first interview.

Applicants must be 18 or over and live within daily travelling distance of Cheshire Oaks.
