Award-winning Chef Opening Leeds Restaurant

One of Leed's top chefs, Richard Walton-Allen has left his job as Executive Chef at Harvey Nichols to open up a unique flagship restaurant in his home town. Walton-Allen has embraced his new role as National Executive Chef at Create, a foundation which offers training and jobs within its food business to hard-to-employ youngsters in the area. The restaurant is set to open on Friday, August 5th 2011.
