A week-long food festival, entitled "Flavours of Peru", will be taking place in London next month celebrating contemporary Peruvian cuisine.
Chef Virgilio Martinez, of the Central Restaurant in Lima, will be putting together the menu. Dishes on offer will include hot ceviche of shrimp and seabass with charcoal and araza and grouper tiradito with rocoto.
The festival will take place from 17th - 23rd October at the InterContinental London in Park Lane.
