Chefs Challenged To Create Gourmet Wraps

A competition has been launched by chef Peter Gordon, Discovery Foods and Santa Maria, for chefs to create gourmet wraps that could be served in the fine dining section.

The winner will receive a one day masterclass with Peter Gordon, a trip to Santa Maria's spice factory with the chance to develop their own spice blend and a twelve month membership to the Craft Guild of Chefs.

The competition is being run in association with the Craft Guild of Chefs, and their CEO Martin Bates will be on the judging panel. "We are delighted to support Discovery and Peter Gordon in launching the gourmet wraps competition to chefs in search of more adventurous tastes for their customers."
