Chefs To Improve Inflight Meals

American Airlines have teamed up with chefs Richard Sandoval and Marcus Samuelsson to help improve their inflight meals.

Passengers travelling internationally on the airline will be able dishes created Chef Sandoval including lemongrass marinated chicken breast with yucca puree. Internal flights in the USA will be serving dishes by Chef Samuelsson including turkey and chutney sandwiches and breakfast biscuits.

The airline's vice president of marketing said: "Chef Sandoval and Chef Samuelsson - two highly talented members of the culinary community - will further enhance the onboard travel experience for our customers by providing a broader range of options to satisfy our customers' diverse tastes."
