Cosmo create 50 new chef jobs

Cosmo restaurants are creating 50 new chef jobs as they prepare to open an 800 seater restaurant in Croydon this November. The Pan Asian Restaurant will have 10 Live Cooking Stations and over 300 dishes on offer. They will be offering recipes spanning 9 countries (China, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, Mongolia, Singapore, Vietnam and India), with authentic recipes that combine spices, flavours and traditional cooking techniques - all freshly prepared by expert chefs. They will also serve a selection of European favourites including traditional Sunday Roasts and Italian dishes.
