Edinburgh Chef Wins Award

The chef proprietor of Ondine Restaurant has just won the Celtic Cook Off competition.

Roy Brett won the prize at the 10 day Taste of West Cork Festival with a dish he prepared using fish landed by local fisherman earlier that day.

Earlier this year the restuarant was also awarded "Scottish Restaurant of the Year" by the Good Food Guide.
