Tom Kerridge, star of last year's 'Great British Menu' will be appearing at the Crowne Plaza Hotel at this year's Marlow Food Festival in September.
He will be carrying out various cooking demonstrations including his winning dish of slow cooked duck with duck fat chips and gravy, that was eaten by Prince Charles at a banquet.
Tom became a chef at 18, straight after leaving school and has a real passion about his work. "I think being a chef becomes a way of life. You live it, your whole life is being a chef. It's about very early mornings, very late night and working very hard. I think kitchen camaraderie and that sort of stuff lends itself to being a bit of a rock and roll lifestyle which has always been attractive."
