Hilton Heathrow Appoint Executive Chef

The Hilton Heathrow Terminal 4 hotel has appointed Christopher Jefferson as the new executive chef at their Aromi restaurant.

Christopher has worked in a variety of five star hotels in the past, including three years at the Dorchester Hotel. He has also travelled throughout Asia, Italy and South America, expanding his knowledge of cooking styles.

Speaking of his appointment he said "My aim is to introduce fresh, local and seasonal produce for the customers at the Hilton. I hope to offer good value, honest food."
