The National Skills Academy Hospitality has launched a handbook to provide an insight into the industry for people planning to take chef jobs. The Handbook 2010 is aimed at hospitality sector businesses of all sizes, from fast food eateries, pubs, cafes to hotels and restaurants. As well as industry insight, it provides advice, case studies and an overview of the best training and development solutions available in the industry. It also includes details of newly-endorsed hospitality management solutions and of the academy's new Training Centre.David McHattie, chief executive at National Skills Academy Hospitality, said: "World-class service is within the reach of all hospitality businesses, irrespective of size and location, but requires more than just a simple last generation customer service course."
