As part of our busy team at our Woodcote Park Clubhouse you will
be working within a high pressured environment but one where you
will develop quickly in your as a Chef de Partie.
We deliver a range of cuisines across a number of outlets including
a Brasserie, Fine Dining, Lounge and Buffet to a high
caliber of clientele.
Working under our Executive Head Chef Philip Corrick and our
Head Chef you will be encouraged to learn and develop within your
career as a Chef, with many of our Chef's being entered and winning
a number of Culinary completions across the UK.
The role will see you:
- Supervising and maintaining the smooth running of a section
within the kitchen.
- Taking responsibility for preparing and cooking dishes.
- Assisting the Sous Chefs in developing the Demi Chef de
Parties, Commis and trainees.
- Maintaining stock levels of all produce, as well as producing
and checking mise en place to ensure quality and meet
restaurant/business requirements.
- Preparing and cooking the food for the staff restaurant
facility.
