Description

As part of our busy team at our Woodcote Park Clubhouse you will be working within a high pressured environment but one where you will develop quickly in your as a Chef de Partie. We deliver a range of cuisines across a number of outlets including a Brasserie, Fine Dining, Lounge and Buffet to a high caliber of clientele.

Working under our Executive Head Chef Philip Corrick and our Head Chef you will be encouraged to learn and develop within your career as a Chef, with many of our Chef's being entered and winning a number of Culinary completions across the UK.

The role will see you:
  • Supervising and maintaining the smooth running of a section within the kitchen.
  • Taking responsibility for preparing and cooking dishes.
  • Assisting the Sous Chefs in developing the Demi Chef de Parties, Commis and trainees.
  • Maintaining stock levels of all produce, as well as producing and checking mise en place to ensure quality and meet restaurant/business requirements.
  • Preparing and cooking the food for the staff restaurant facility.

Requirements

To succeed, you’ll need promising standards of cooking ability, attention to detail and adaptability, as well as good communication skills. You should also possess:

  • Level 2 food hygiene.
  • At least 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie in a 5 star or similar establishment.
  • The ability to work on any section of the kitchen.
  • Relevant product knowledge.
