Chef de Partie – Chesterfield

Our client, a well-known luxury hotel in Chesterfield with a 2 rosette Restaurant has a requirement for a Chef de Partie to join their award winning team. This hotels events facilities host up to 200 for a banquet and are very busy with weddings, charity balls and regular celebratory events throughout the calendar year.

This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to work for an employee focused company and a kitchen that is wholly focused on quality. You will be the head chef’s and the sous chef's right hand man with particular focus on your area of the kitchen. The head chef is an extremely keen developer of his highly skilled, fun and friendly team and there are genuine areas for career progression here.

Our client is looking for an ambitious, experienced and creative Chef de Partie who is ideally looking for a home to hone their skills before taking their next step up the promotional ladder. You will work with a forward thinking head chef who is progressive, creative and very experienced to engaging, motivating and developing the whole kitchen.

• Someone with a background of dealing with changing menus and preparing fresh ingredients.

• A team player who will be expected to build, motivate and develop colleagues to get the best results from them at all times.
• Experience of using Regen Ovens (combi)
• Ideally experience in a Rosette restaurant

• Be able to support the Head and Sous Chef in all aspects of running the kitchen.
• Ensure that our standards are met and most importantly producing outstanding food for our customers
