This is a family-owned Duning Pub based near Polegate, East Sussex with a fantastic reputation for high quality, locally sourced seasonal menu with brilliant service to go with it. Due to the location of the Pub, driving is essential.

What's involved?

Looking for someone with experience in running high quality Restaurants or Gastro Pubs cooking to at least a 1 or 2 Rosette level. As it's a family run company, they are looking for some who shares their values and treats there team in the right way. You will have creative freedom within reason and have full responsibility over all kitchen matters. You must be happy to work within a small team of amazing Chefs.
