Job Title: Head Chef & Sous Chef
Location: Rusholme, Manchester
Salary: Up to £37,500 (Head Chef). Up to £30,000 (Sous Chef)

I am working with a well-established restaurant chain who have recently opened the doors to their brand-new Manchester site.

They are looking to fill two positions; one head chef and one sous chef.

What they need in these candidates:
* Proven experience at position you're applying for.
* Good food knowledge
* Up-to-date COSHH, Food Safety and H&S training/certifications
* Mentoring / onboarding of other staff (Head Chef)
* General good practice across Health & Safety, Product & Service Quality
