Junior Sous Chef

Description
My client on the outskirts of Truro are seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join their busy Kitchen Team.
The Hotel is a moderate-sized brigade which runs 2 kitchens. A traditional dining room with 1 AA rosette and serves breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner.
The food is silver served and a firm favourite with Hotel residents, dinner service is high intensity with 70-80 guests served per night.
This is a very high quality operation and accordingly, candidates must have a significant aspiration to working in a luxury hotel.
Whilst at one level this is a traditional business, it is also progressive, and candidates should be able to demonstrate a much more contemporary outlook on life and an ability to adapt to a fast-moving, busy operation.
Offering an annual salary between £29,000 - £30,000 depending on experience plus fantastic tips and company perks.
Immediate start available, own transport required due to remote location.
Live in accommodation is available- New apartments coming soon with private cooking facilities and all en suite.
