£25,000 - £32,000 DOE
DAY SHIFTS ONLY!! 7am- 4pm / 8am - 5pm

We are currently seeking a passionate Pastry Chef/Baker for a newly opened upmarket café style eatery located on the outskirts of Chelmsford. With an excellent reputation, it is understandable that the chef brigade is of a very high standard and any pastry chef looking to apply for this position must be an excellent team player.

This amazing café style eatery has regularly changed menus, and a very large cake / patisserie counter. They pride themselves on producing quality dishes. The café style eatery seats 100 covers in the main restaurant and another 90 covers are catered for on the patio. Their menu has British modern influences and is sourced from fresh ingredients from the local area.

The Role

· Working day shifts only! 5 days per week, part time considered.

· Mass producing the quality dessert, cakes and pastries

· You will have the freedom to create your own menu’s experiment on your own ideas and be creative

The Ideal Candidate

· Will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Pastry Chef

· Be passionate about Pastry, with ideally experience in a patisserie or bakery

· Have excellent communication and organisational skills.

· Car Driver
