This beautiful hotel on the boarder of the Yorkshire Dales are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join their kitchen brigade. The hotel is a popular venue for weddings and special events with their banqueting suite sitting up to 120 guests. With an Al a Carte restaurant serving all fresh, seasonal produce guests can enjoy the local delicacy.

You will be working within a team of 5. As Sous Chef, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence. Including stock control, rotas, menu planning and maintaining the health & hygiene of the kitchen.

What to expect:
-Working approximately 45 hours per week
-Working straight shifts
-Responsible to the Head Chef
-Own transport is required due to the rural location. No accommodation available.

The ideal candidate:
-Will have previous experience with banqueting
-Be confident working with all fresh food
-Must be creative and support the Head Chef implementing new ideas.

Salary: £25,000
