Permanent - Full time
Outskirts of Kingsbridge
Salary: £30,000 to £34,000 per annum

Do you want to move to the beautiful Southwest or would like a change of scenery? Our client is looking for a Sous Chef to join their team?

Do you have extensive experience working in fine dining? Do you have a minimum of 2 Rosettes? If so, then this could be the place for you!

The Sous Chef will play a key part in developing and progressing the team and there is opportunity of career progression.

Responsibilities:

* Be part of a progressive and forward-thinking business
* A clear understanding of managing food costs
* Deliver exceptional dining experience for our guests across all areas of food service
* Work with our senior team across our business so it can flourish
* Must have experience in fine dining/Rosette Restaurant
