This is a family-owned Pub and Restaurant based near Alfriston, East Sussex. They have a small team of 4 chefs and 2 porters. This Pub has close links to a local farm where they get the best quality meat and fresh Veg. Due to the location of the Pub, driving is essential.

What's involved?

Must be comfortable cooking with high quality fresh ingredients and have a real passion for food and be able to step up in absence of the Head Chef. As this site has small team, you must be very organised.
