Sous Chef - Day shift
Location: Bath
Days of work: Monday-Friday - overtime available
Hours of work: 7am-3.30pm OR 12pm-8pm
Salary: £25,138 per annum

£1,000 new starter bonus paid in full (T&Cs apply). This is paid after you have passed probation.

About the role:
Our client provides catering to students, staff and external customers throughout the academic year and during the summer months.
All based on volume café food.

We are looking for candidates with:
* Experience providing team members with operational training- The team is made up of 23 people. You will have approx. 10 staff reporting to you: 8 chefs and 2 porters. You must have supervisory experience.
* Kitchen management experience
* The ability to effectively lead and motivate team members
* Knowledge of relevant food safety, health and safety regulations
* Excellent organisational skills
* The ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment

* 36.5 hour week and no split shifts
* Opportunities for enhanced weekend pay rates, where hospitality outlets are open at weekends.

NO LATE NIGHT WORKING! Day shifts only
