POSITION: Sous Chef

SALARY: £25k

HOURS: 40-45 hours per week over 4 days

BENEFITS: A 4 day working week, Opportunity for career progression, Free meals and refreshments while on duty. 25% discount on food when not working, Full training given.

Our client is a fresh food kitchen focusing on the best and most exciting seasonal ingredients. They are seeking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef able to add a positive little something every day. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that genuinely cares! This position will develop in to a Head Chef role for the right person. DUTIES INCLUDE: (Not limited to)

Working alongside the Chef/Owner producing exceptional food from fresh seasonal produce.
Assisting in the maintenance and cleaning of the kitchen and other relevant areas.
Adding creative ideas to our short daily changing menus.
