Sous Chef and Chef de Partie - Lake District Locations

40 hours per week over 5 days/evenings

Pattern: 7am - 3.30pm and (Apply online only)

Our client a Lake District hotel Group with several venues across the lakes are looking for an enthusiastic Sous Chef and Chef de Partie to join their kitchen brigade, who as an individual loves nothing more than cooking the best of local ingredients to produce quality food.

Requirements:

Able to work well as part of a team

Responsible for high levels of hygiene control and health and safety throughout the department.

Lots of passion and relevant experience

Ideal candidates will have previous experience working in a similar role within a busy kitchen and be able to bring fresh ideas with them. Live in is available
