Leiths School of Food and Wine announce a new series of one day cookery classes with renowned guest chefs namely: Alan Rosenthal, Peter Gordon, Angeles Alaya, Angela Malik, Signe Johansen, Anjum Anand and Henry Harris. Camilla Schneideman, Managing Director of Leiths (and a former student herself) adds "we are thrilled to have so many successful students return to Leiths. It is a testament to their training and dedication to food that they have climbed the often tricky food ladder to reach the top.". The classes will be led by the guest chefs and supported by Leiths highly qualified teachers. Largely hands on, students will have plenty of opportunity to practice along side the experts before sitting down to enjoy lunch with a well earned glass of wine.
