Little Chef To Expand

RCapital have announced that they are launching a £30 million revamp of the Little Chef restaurants, and creating new jobs by opening 55 additional restaurants.

The revamp will include the new restaurant design and menu that was created by celebrity chef Heston Blumenthal, and featured in the the 2009 Channel 4 documentary. In additional to the design and menu, some of the branches will also provide a drive through service.

Speaking about the brand, RCaptital Chairman Graham Sims said "Little Chef is an iconic brand that provides a wonderfully British dining experience to Britons - part of all our memories."
