Michael Dutnall Appointed Chef De Cuisine at Le Méridien, Piccadilly.

Michael Dutnall has been appointed as the new Chef de Cuisine for Le Méridien in Piccadilly, London. He will be in charge of re-designing the whole menu in The Terrace on Le Méridien's famous fifth floor. Oscar del Campo, General Manager is hoping Dutnall's previous experience of working at The Connaught and Whites Gentlemans Club will help him with the new menu. "We are delighted to welcome Michael... his tremendous experience, expertise and energy will inject creativity into the menu at The Terrace."
