A new chef's forum called TheChefsForum.co.uk was launched earlier this week in the city of Bristol. The forum, which was the brain child of Chris Wicks and Josh Eggleton, local executive and chef proprietors, opens the doors for chefs with Michelin, AA or Good Food accreditation to meet, inspire and network with local catering students.
It is designed to help create more jobs and employment as a resource for kitchens in the area to source work experience candidates and apprentices. It also provides an opportunity for chefs to spend time in each other's kitchens, open the discussion of specialist subjects. It also allows local suppliers to promote their products to forum members.
