New Executive Chef At Four Seasons Jakarta

Sumanth Das has been appointed Executive Chef at the Four Seasons hotel in Jakata. Speaking of Sumanth's appointment, the hotel's general manager said "His experience along with his passion for creating culinary experiences are sure to delight the palates of our guests."
The chef joined the hotel chain in 2004, originally as the restaurant chef in Punta Mita, Mexico, before working at the Four Seasons resorts in the Maldives and the Seychelles.
In his new role, Sumanth will be responsible for five restaurants, 320 rooms that offer in-room dining, and banqueting facilities that cater for up to 2000 guests at a time.
