New Norwich restaurant will create up to 50 jobs

Middletons Steakhouse and Grill is set to launch a new restaurant in Norwich which will create up to 50 jobs when it opens in December.

With an already popular and successful restaurant in Middleton, Norfolk, the business has gone from strength-to-strength providing a family-friendly dining experience. The only dedicated steakhouse in the city centre, the new restaurant located on Timber Hill will seat 170 over two floors and has been individually designed with contemporary and stylish surroundings.

The operation will be headed up by two graduates of City College Norwich's Catering Academy, Norwich-born Rob Spillings and head chef Adam Mott. Stephen Hutton, director of Middletons, said: "Middletons Steakhouse & Grill brings something unique to Norwich with the range of steaks and quality of the ingredients on offer. We're confident that the new restaurant will add to Norwich's, as well as the region's, thriving food scene."
