Hotel group Malmaison Hotel du Vin have announced ambitious plans to take on 33 new chef apprentices in every one of their UK hotels.

Working closely with HIT Training, Malmaison Hotel du Vin’s are aiming to have at least one apprentice across each of their 33 properties at all times.

There is also an opportunity for promising chefs to be selected for their Chef Acadamy. where they can gain additional culinary skills alongside their apprenticeship.
