People 1st Launch Hospitality Apprentices Pay Survey

Hospitality sector skills council People 1st are seeking survey responses from Hospitality employers to research the pay and conditions of UK apprentices. The online survey, which can be completed anonymously, asks businesses that employ apprentices about their pay and employment conditions. Businesses that do not employ apprentice chefs or hospitality staff will be asked about their reasons for not currently doing so. All survey respondents will receive a copy of the summary findings, enabling them to see how their apprentices' pay and conditions compare to the rest of the UK workforce. The deadline for responses is 1st October.
