Bromborough-born Peter Mills has been appointed as Head Chef to head up the Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar and Grill which is set to open in Liverpool next month. The new Chapel Street development is part of Sanguine Hospitality's new £15m Hotel Indigo development. Peter has almost 40 year experience and spent four years as head chef at The Devon Doorway, in Heswall. He has won AA rosettes at Wood Norton, in Evesham, and Stanneylands, in Wilmslow. The menu at the Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar and Grill promises some of the finest, freshest steaks from the North West, accompanied with a large range of grilled and roast meats, fish mainboards and classic English puddings.
