Applications for Professional MasterChef 2012 are now open!

In the four series to date, Professional MasterChef has become one of the UK's principle professional competitions. So far the competition has produced 4 exceptional winners, Ash Mair, Claire Lara, Steve Groves and Derek Johnstone and it is now looking for the next standout Champion. The new series will continue to push its contestants to prove they have the ability to cook at the highest levels.

Judges Michel Roux Jnr, Gregg Wallace, and Monica Galetti, will return along with some of the country's greatest chefs to whittle down the hopeful chefs till only the very best remain.
