'Resort Wellbeing Chef' Appointed

The Dubai based luxury hospitality company, Jumeirah Group, have appointed chef Gabi Kurz as their first 'Resort Wellbeing' chef.

Gabi will be responsible for developing healthy dining options for the resort's restaurants, in-room dining and conferences, as well as the entire menu at the Talise Spa.

Originally she joined the group as a Chef de Cuisine, where she developed the idea for a fine dining restaurant concept based on wellbeing.
