Description

A stunning Hotel situated in the Chorley area is looking for a qualified and experienced Chef de Partie /Junior Sous to join their team. The Hotel has various dining areas including their A la Carte restaurant serving fresh food to a high standard along with being a busy and popular venue for weddings, functions and business events. They have an outstanding Health Club & Spa along with their own professional Golf Course. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of both A la Carte service and Banqueting in a similar environment and experience of working within a fine dining or Rosette establishment helping across all areas and also running your own section. You will be organised and flexible and assist the senior Chefs in maintaining the excellent standards and hygiene practices. Shifts are a mixture of splits and straights, full time position, £18,000 - £20,000
