SENIOR SOUS CHEF REQUIRED- Our Client has an exciting opportunity for an organised and knowledgeable SENIOR SOUS CHEF to join their kitchen team at a stunning hotel situated in the heart of the beautiful Ribble Valley.

The successful Senior Sous must be able to produce and present fresh food from only the best locally sourced produce. As Senior Sous you will be responsible for managing the activities in the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food and presentation and also bring some passion and flair to the role. Be passionate about leading from the front and will only accept excellence on a plate. Previous casual fine dining experience is desirable.

What type of person is required?
• Previous Sous Chef Experience in running a face busy kitchens environment
• Show consistency in all aspects of the kitchen
• Experience working with fresh food
• The ability to motivate and support team members
• Take control of Kitchen in the Head Chefs absence
• A passion to deliver quality food with attention to detail
• Good time management and organisational skills

What’s on offer?
• An annual Salary starting from £28,000 per annum
• 45 hour contract
• Straight shifts, covering Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner.
• Other benefits include: Pension, Share of tips, Uniform.

Your own transport would be an advantage but this is on a bus route
