A Scottish Chef has just returned from spending a month working at "The World's Best Restaurant" in Denmark. Chris Charalambous, co-owner of Cail Bruich in Glasgow, competed with thousands of other hopefuls in a bid to take the job at the famous restaurant run by Chef Ren Redzepi. He is hoping to implement some of the techniques he learnt during his placement at Noma upon his return. Noma is currently at the top of San Pellegrino's World's Best Restaurant list.
