Sodexo Win Diversity Award

Contact catering specialist Sodexo were the winners of the Diversity & Inclusion award at the annual Springboard Awards for Excellence. The Diversity in Employment Award is given to the employer who successfully demonstrates excellence in the recruitment, retention and progression of people representing all aspects of diversity. One of the Springboard judges said: "The judges were unanimous in their decision that Sodexo was the outright winner for this award." Sodexo was outstanding and clearly demonstrated that diversity and inclusion was absolutely fundamental to its strategy. They were ensuring that it was incorporated as part of the DNA of the business at every level." Natalie Bickford, human resources director, Sodexo UK and Ireland, said: "We are delighted to receive the Springboard Award for Excellence in Diversity in Employment."
