The Saxon Appoint Executive Chef

Nancy Kinchela has been appointed the Executive Chef of the Saxon Boutique Hotel, Villas and Spa.

Previously she has worked as the Sous Chef at The Savoy Hotel in London and Chef de Cuisine at the Emirates Towers Hotel in Dubai.

Managing Director of The Saxon, George Cohen, said "There is no doubt in my mind that Nancy will not only complement what we have achieved over the last ten years, but with her passion and talent, grow our reputation as a world-class culinary destination."

The Saxon has been voted "Best Botique Hotel in the World" every year since 2001, and was home to Nelson Mandela after his release.
