TV Chef Opening Restaurant In Leeds

BBC1 Celebrity Chef James Martin has confirmed that he will open "The Leeds Kitchen" at Clarence Dock towards the end of March. Designer Carolyn Parker will start to work on this project within the next few weeks. The ground floor space of previously occupied Mediterranean restaurant, The Fig, will be transformed into a contemporary, fine dining over 18s establishment. Locally sourced food products and staff, will be used. In addition to the restaurant, James' team will be offering The Leeds Kitchen by James Martins' catering expertise for all functions and events held in the casino.
