Young Chef Finalists Announced

The finalists of the Young Chef Young Waiter competition have been announced by the Restaurant Association.

The competition final will be taking place on 19th October at Westminster Kingsway College, and the finalists in the chef category are:
Chris Johns (L'Autre Pied, London)
Jonathan Bone (Restaurant Gordon Ramsay)
Steven Ellis (Restaurant Gordon Ramsay)
Thomas Swanborough (Wiltons, London)
Tom Barnes (L'Enclume, Cartmel)
Adam Handling (Fairmont St Andrews)
Chris Kenny (Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons, Oxford)
Ryan Murphy (Turnberry Hotel)

The winner will receive a 3 day trip to Luxembourg including a trip to the Villeroy & Boch porcelain factory and a one night stay at the Chateau Septfontaines. They will also be presented with a cheque for £1000 by the Savoy Educational Trust.
